We’ve been supplying printed mesh for fencing since 2003. There has been a big rise in construction sites opting for printed mesh for sites to increase their reach to potential customers. Printed mesh for fencing not only transforms the work sites from the traditional plain shade cloth, but it also presents a cost-effective opportunity for businesses to advertise their product and services.
Billboard advertising can cost up to tens of thousands of dollars, it simply cannot compete with printed mesh for fencing in terms of affordability, advertising with printed mesh only requires an average investment of $15 per square meter. Printed mesh for fencing is also more versatile compared to large billboards, and relocation to another site is easy and incurs no extra cost.
Other than providing a hassle-free way to market a business efficiently, printed mesh also creates privacy for worksites and helps with dust control.
There are multiple types of printed mesh for fencing, including PVC mesh and printed shade cloth. Depending on your budget and requirements, we work with you to find the best product for your construction site.
Our PVC or polyvinyl chloride is a highly durable material option for printed mesh for fencing. The end-product will be long-lasting and able to hold out against construction site debris such as dirt, mud, and dust. PVC mesh rolls come in two different heights: 1.6 and 1.8 meters and each roll is 50m in length.
We’ve got three different grades of mesh available: PrintMax, FenceWrap Classic, and BreezeMax. All our PVC mesh products are produced using the same printer and the same UV stabilised inks - it’s the individual mesh characteristics which will alter the vibrancy of each print. Let’s take a closer look at each fabric.
Our PrintMax mesh rolls have the highest printing impact. This is due to the PrintMax material having the tightest weave of all three meshes, the tight weave offers the ink more surface area to print on, creating our most vibrant printed mesh for fencing. We offer this to clients when the print impact is their highest priority, and wind isn’t a cause for concern - the tighter the weave, the less area for the wind to pass through. It’s backed by a 2 year no significant faded guarantee as we use genuine inks, you should expect longer in low UV climates such as Adelaide / Melbourne / Hobart.
Our FenceWrap Classic is a perfect mix of our PrintMax and BreezeMax. It has excellent print impact with a good air permeability - making it great for sites which require an impactful print, and have a need for an intermediate weave to allow for a windy location.
Our FenceWrap Classic printed mesh for fencing can be used for multiple applications: scaffolding, temporary fencing, fixed or permanent fences, privacy screens, hoarding, crowd control barriers and more!
Our final PVC printed mesh for fencing is BreezeMax. This grade is excellent for high wind locations, as the large open weaves give way to the largest holes which result in higher air permeability. You will see a difference in perceived print impact when comparing PrintMax to BreezeMax, this is due to the fact that the BreezeMax has less fabric to print on, resulting in less material for the ink to print on.
With all our PVC printed mesh for fencing grades, a dark background on the design will appear more transparent as the ink absorbs light. In comparison, a light background will reflect light and make the printed mesh rolls less transparent, which enhances the privacy of your site.
We print on the entire roll - meaning you can select custom background colours, use images, add contact details or a mixture of all. Whether you opt for a minimal design or a detailed design, the possibilities of what to put on the background, border, or logo are endless—there are simply no limitations as to what you can do!
We’ve got a team of designers at your disposal to maximise your signage investment. All we require is your logos, images and a brief if you have one, otherwise we can create concepts for you. We have close to 20 years of experience, and we take the time to work with you to understand what's most important to you, creating something that you’re proud to have on your construction sites.
