At FenceWrap we have a range of different mesh printing solutions, most of which we have tailored towards the constructions and promotions industry.

However, saying that, mesh printing can be used in a large variety of different places and the product itself does not limit its application. You could use your printed mesh, for example, as a retail display.

We have a range of mesh printing options and we will run through them all to give you an overview of what we do.

Printing options

When printing the mesh, we have a choice between two different “levels” of printing. You can choose either to block print the fabric, or to full print the fabric.

Simple block print

Block mesh printing means that the fabric is printed less than 50%. So 50% of the fabric needs to remain the natural color of the material (in this case, white)

Block printing does not restrict you to being boring, as you can still printing photos, pictures, logos etc, you just have to ensure less than 50% of the fabric is covered.

Full color print

Full mesh printing is the next step up from block printing, it allows you to cover the entire surface of the fabric with printing. This means mesh printing is perfect for covering the entire fence in a printed mesh.

Using a full mesh print is also best done on our PVC fabric, this fabric will show the print the best.

Types of meshes we print

Beyond having a range of different mesh printing options, we have a range of different fabrics that we print on to.

Shade Cloth Mesh

Shade cloth mesh is our standard fabric when it comes to printed fence wrap. This is because it is the most cost effective fabric and most popular choice among our customers.

Mesh printing on shade cloth mesh results in an average quality print, but has good longevity in the outdoors. Also, with our choice of 50% and 70% fabric, you can have a higher quality print on the 70% mesh.

Polyester Mesh

The polyester banner mesh is a fabric we suggest for events and displays where people will be viewing the fabric from up close.

The polyester mesh printing will produce the best quality print, but is also our lighest fabric.

PVC Mesh

The PVC mesh is the clear king of all the fabrics. It produces the best quality print and also has the longest life span in the outdoors.

The PVC mesh is great for anywhere a high quality image print is required. The PVC mesh is available in 1.6m too, unlike all the other fabrics that are only available in 1.8m.
