Mesh Grades

We offer three distinct mesh grades, each engineered for different priorities:

PrintMax

Best for: Maximum visual impact

PrintMax is our premium printing option, ideal when your primary goal is stunning graphics and wind resistance is less of a concern.

• 260gsm weight (heaviest option)
• 30% air permeable
• 70% printable surface area
• Superior print quality and vibrancy

FenceWrap Classic

Best for: Balanced performance

Our original and most versatile option, Classic balances print quality with wind permeability. This grade works well for most general applications.

• 240gsm weight
• 35% air permeable
• 65% printable surface area
• Proven reliability across diverse conditions

BreezeMax

Best for: High wind areas

BreezeMax prioritizes airflow, making it ideal for windy locations or where wind load on fencing is a concern.

• 200gsm weight (lightest option)
• 50% air permeable
• 50% printable surface area
• Reduced wind pressure on fence structures

Rolls (50 meters)

Perfect for large-scale projects requiring extensive fence coverage. Rolls offer the most economical solution for big jobs.

Panels (Pre-cut)

Pre-finished panels in standard widths, ready to install directly onto fence panels.

2.35m Wide Panels

• Designed to tuck neatly into standard fence panel infill mesh
• Creates a taut, professional appearance
• Easiest installation option

4.8m Wide Panels

• Covers two standard fence panels
• Accommodates panel joiners
• Reduces installation time for longer runs

Panels are more expensive than rolls due to additional finishing work, but offer convenience and speed of installation.

Banners (Custom Width)

Custom-sized banners for unique requirements that don't fit standard roll or panel dimensions.

• Any length configuration
• Ideal for property perimeters with varying dimensions
• Perfect for gates and irregular sections
• Common for projects requiring multiple different lengths

Standard Heights

All products are available in two standard heights:

1.6m Height

• Best suited for 1.8m tall fences
• Most common residential/light commercial application

1.8m Height

• Best suited for fences 2m or taller
• Heavy commercial and construction sites

Sizing Philosophy

Always choose a mesh height slightly smaller than your fence height. This allows proper tensioning during installation using the eyelets and zip ties. If the mesh matches the fence height exactly, it cannot be installed taut, resulting in a loose, unprofessional appearance.

Custom Heights

Heights Under 1.6m

• Minimum height: 600mm
• Maximum length: 50m
• Manufactured by slitting standard 1.6m material
• Additional slitting charges apply

Heights Between 1.6m and 1.8m

• Any height within this range available
• Manufactured by slitting standard 1.8m material
• Additional slitting charges apply

Heights Above 1.8m (up to 2.3m)

• Only available in PrintMax
• Uses special over-height stock
• Reduced eyelet spacing (300mm instead of 500mm) for increased wind resistance
• Additional material charges apply
• Sold in 50m increments

Heights Above 2.3m

• Covered using "two up" or "three up" installation method
• Multiple banners installed one above the other
• Graphics are perfectly positioned to align during installation
• Example: 3.2m height = two 1.6m banners stacked
• Provides appropriate fixing density for large installations

Note: There will be a visible seam where banners meet (hemmed edge with eyelets), but no gap in the graphic design when properly installed.

Full-Color Digital Printing

Just like printing on office paper but at industrial scale on mesh material. No restrictions on colors, graphics, or design complexity.

Hemmed and Eyeleted Edges

• All four sides finished with reinforced hems
• Heavy-duty eyelets spaced at 500mm intervals
• Eyelets spaced at 300mm for heights above 1.8m

Design Assistance

Professional graphic designers help position your artwork and create production-ready layouts after purchase. You'll work with a single dedicated designer throughout the process with unlimited revisions.

Production Lead Times

Standard Lead Time (5-7 Business Days)

Our default production time with no surcharge. Suitable for projects without fixed deadlines. Timing may vary slightly (4-8 days) based on production queue.

Overtime Production (3 Business Days)

Expedited service where staff work outside normal hours to prioritize your order without impacting other customers. Recommended to pair with express courier services.

24-Hour Production (Rolls Only)

Ultra-fast service available only in specific quantity breaks:

• PrintMax and Classic: Must purchase in multiples of 4 rolls
• BreezeMax: Must purchase in multiples of 3 rolls

This requirement stems from our master roll printing system (200m for PrintMax/Classic, 150m for BreezeMax).

Important: All lead times begin after artwork approval, not from order placement.

Shipping Options

Bluestar Express

Economical option for standard lead times and non-urgent deliveries. Generally reliable with occasional slight delays.

Direct Freight Express & TNT

Faster, more reliable services recommended for overtime production orders. Typically delivered on scheduled dates.

Pickup

Collection available from our Boronia, Melbourne factory (7:30am - 3pm).

Customer's Own Courier

We can accommodate your preferred courier service with advance arrangement.

Installation

Zip Ties

We offer heavy-duty zip ties specifically designed for FenceWrap installation:

• Made to our specifications for fence installation
• UV-stable (won't degrade outdoors)
• 7.6mm x 250mm
• Recommended to purchase during checkout (system calculates required quantity)

Installation Tips

• Use all eyelets for proper tension and wind resistance
• Install mesh taut across the fence
• Smaller mesh height than fence height allows proper tensioning
• For "two up" or "three up" installations, abut banners tightly together

Packaging

Products are shipped in durable soft plastic bags:

• Rolls: Individual bags per roll
• Panels & Banners: Bundled efficiently in bags (approximately 10 x 2.35m panels per bag)
• Maximum package weight: approximately 30kg for easy handling
• Bag diameter: approximately 30cm

3. Provide Details: Upload artwork assets, confirm delivery address, complete payment

5. Approval: Unlimited revisions until you're satisfied (typically 1-2 revisions within 2 days)
6. Production: Manufacturing begins based on selected lead time
7. Delivery: Packaged and shipped with tracking details provided

Design Guidelines

We handle artwork placement and layout preparation, not original design creation. Please provide:

• Logos and graphics (we can redraw logos into vector format if needed)
• Text content and preferred fonts
• Color preferences
• Any specific layout requirements

For projects requiring original graphic design, we recommend working with a graphic designer first, then providing completed artwork to us for placement and production.
