When working on construction site or building site, you will general require shade cloth for both privacy reasons, but also to provide some type of dust control.
One great method that you can use to brand your company or organisation is to have personalised shade cloth. This is shade cloth that has been personalised with your branding, whether it be a logo, a full color print or anything you want.
With our personalised shade cloth we give you the option to brand it in a couple of different ways.
The most basic form of personalised shade cloth that we offer is what we call a “block print”. The block print means that all you are printing is a repeating logo every 3-4 meters. A block print actually doesn’t mean only a logo to be printed, it just means under 50% of the fabric is covered with ink. So really, you can actually have your personalised shade cloth printed with images or backgrounds, just as long as it’s a repeating section of print, and not a full coverage of more than 50% of the material.
If the block print is not enough, you can opt to go for a full print. A full print, as the name suggests, covers the entire personalised shade cloth with printing to produce for you whatever you want. You can have a colored background with a repeapting logo, or you can have a full color digital printed photo spanning the entire length of shade cloth.
Our personalised shade cloth is made from 100% HDPE. This means that it is a plastic based knitted fabric that is durable and made for the outdoors. In fact, the shadecloth is designed to be outdoors for up to 10 years without any noticeable degradation in the fabric.
However, beyond the fabric itself, you need to consider that it is also printed. Like with all things that have color in them, the printing will unfortunately fade through time. However, in our experience, the printing has at least 3-5 years of life without any noticable fading of the personalised shade cloth printing.
If you are also concerned about the green credits of personalised shade cloth, especially being plastic based, it is good to note that the HDPE material is actually 100% recyclable and any local recycling plant should accept the material once you are finished on site, or once the material it damaged beyond use.
