Here at FenceWrap, we have a range of different fabric options to suit your needs. There are a number of factors that will help determine what construction shade cloth is perfect for you. For example; budget, application, location, the length of use, printing required and the block out required.
Our most cost effective fabrics are the shade cloth and the polyester mesh. The shade cloth is durable and suited to being outdoors. This material is often seen in playgrounds, schools, gardens and nurseries. The only downside to the shade cloth is the print quality; although still good, it is not ‘excellent’.The polyester mesh, whilst still a cost effective option, produces a much more vibrant print. This fabric however, is not suited to long term outdoor use. UV light will eventually cause deterioration. It is suitable for use several times a year for periods of up to a few weeks
As mentioned above, the polyester mesh is not your best option if you are hoping to use for a more permanent/long term.
If you need construction shade cloth for a long period of time, your best options are the shade cloth or PVC.
If you are hoping to just print a one colour logo, then the fabric choice is really up to you. However, if you are wanting to print a more detailed, colourful graphic, then the shade cloth is probably not your best option. The polyester or PVC produce more vibrant graphics. If you are wanting a full colour detailed photograph, my personal suggestion would be the PVC. The PVC is the best of the best. The print quality on this fabric is unmatched.
On some construction sites a full block out is required. Our 100% PVC offers full coverage. However, if you are after something that lets through a little light or air, the shade cloth, polyester mesh and PVC mesh are perfect. These fabrics have little holes to allows wind and light to pass through
